Hello parents and kids, we meet again in our TKK Plus News. Parents and kids, August 2024 was a special month, especially for all Indonesian people because we celebrated the 79th Indonesia Independence Day. This celebration was a little bit different than last year because we have two kinds of celebration. Here is the news:

On August 19th, TKK Plus’ teachers and students visited Batalyon Arhanud to know more about the defence function of the Indonesian air force. The teacher and students looked excited because this is the first time for us went there. We had a flag ceremony lead by the army. We were explained about what the air defence army is and their duties. We were also allowed to see and touch the weapons used. After that we were allowed to take pictures in the tank car.

The next day, August 20th, all the TKK Plus students celebrated the Independence Day with fun games prepared by the teachers. And you know what? The students were happy. They enjoyed the activities. So did the teachers. We proud of the students.

The students looked so happy and enjoy the activities. The teachers felt so happy and proud of the students. To close the activity, we had snack time together with the classmates.  Thank you, God, for these 79 years and still counting. We pray that Indonesia will be blessed and be the blessing for others!
